ITC is seeking to contract an experienced service provider, for 4 months, to design, organize, and implement a large-scale onsite hackathon in El Salvador. The goal is for the hackathon to mobilize 300 young people from San Salvador and other regions and help them generate innovative solutions to support social innovation. The innovative solutions must be linked to the Global Gateway[1] and must be in the following areas: technologies for agricultural productivity, energy transition in value chains (including possible agrisolar solutions) and coffee and tourism. The Objectives of the successful contractor are to: Design and deliver a structured hackathon methodology ensuring effective implementation across pre-event, event, and post-event phases. Mobilize and engage a diverse cohort of at least 300 young participants, ensuring a minimum of 30% women participation Successfully implement a large-scale onsite hackathon, ensuring smooth logistics, strong participant engagement, and minimal attrition. Generate and capture up to 250 innovative ideas while ensuring structured documentation of outputs.
