ProcureProcess - UNICEF Others Non Governmental 2024-11-25 to 2024-12-17
The UNICEF Private Fundraising and Partnerships Division (PFP or "the Division") aims to achieve results for children by maximizing income and influence from the private sector jointly with UNICEF country offices and National Committees around the world. This tender focuses on the design and delivery of specific skills-building learning/development sessions for staff across all countries and regions primarily from the Fundraising division. There are 3 main functions involved in the design and delivery of this work: 1. HR L&D (Learning & Development) The HR Learning & Development function supports PFP in building and sustaining an effective learning culture and an overall positive and engaging work environment in UNICEF, making it a strong enabler to support the goals of PFP and its PSFR network to deliver results for children. The goal of development events is to increase the success and performance of staff with PFP. 2. GLAM (Global Lead Account Management) The UNICEF GLAM Academy is part of global corporate partnerships, whose approach is split into 2 strategic pillars: I.New Business teams who SECURE high-value multi-year partnerships. They scan the market and create a pipeline of potential prospects that drive the greatest impact for children, and II.Partnership Development teams who DRIVE, GROW and RENEW these acquired partnerships. 3. CODAS (Country Office Development and Support) CODAS developed the UNICEF Fundraising Excellence Programme (Fx Programme) to attract and develop young talent in fundraising and partnerships to increase human capacity, cross-fertilization, diversity and inclusion in PFP; specifically in Country Offices. UNICEF PFP seeks to engage a service provider that can deliver the services outlined in the TOR of this RFPS through one or more LTA/s (Long Term Arrangement/s).  The LTA shall be valid for an initial period of up to 3 years, with a potential extension of an additional up to 2 years at the discretion of UNICEF and subject to satisfactory performance and UNICEF's needs. The LTA/s shall be a mutual agreement between UNICEF and the vendor to provide the required services at agreed fees over a period of time. Once the LTA is established, specific orders along with the detailed requirements and time frames for each order will be placed. This will be done by issuing UNICEF Institutional/ Corporate Contracts, with the terms and conditions agreed upon in the LTA. The agreed Unit Price/ fee stated in the LTA will be used to calculate the contract amount. N.B. This tender will be conducted through the UNICEF e-Tendering system.
