The WFP Analysis and Operational Research Unit (APPRO) seeks to purchase Institutional Review Board (IRB) services to conduct ethical review and oversight of research involving human subjects. Institutional Review Board (IRB) services are required to ensure the ethical conduct of research conducted by WFP. The scope of service should include review of the research protocol, assessment of risk levels, and evaluation of informed consent documents to confirm compliance with ethical standards and relevant regulatory frameworks. Continued oversight and support throughout the duration of the study are also essential to uphold ethical integrity and safeguard participant welfare. WFP invites eligible suppliers to express their interest in providing the requested service for Institutional Review Board (IRB) Services. The purpose of this request for EOI is to identify suppliers with verified technical and financial capacity to perform the service. Eligible suppliers will be invited to participate in the bidding process for the proposed tender.
