The United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites qualified companies to submit bids as follows: UNESCO foresees to acquire a software for the development of a data catalogue, to facilitate the comprehensive analysis, monitoring, and measurement of culture and its impact on sustainable development. The main objectives of the software would be: 1.Providing a SaaS Data Catalogue in cloud version, to centralize and effectively store and process data that is currently collected in an internal data analysis system. The purpose is to facilitate information queries by Member States and the UNESCO Secretariat. It will include the development of internal dashboards and the integration of advanced features/tools such as AI and data connectors, building on the UNESCO’s technological architecture (See Annex 1 in the Procurement Notice). 2.Presenting public data collected through the UNESCO's normative instruments periodic reports and relevant cultural data available –in full respect of the authority of the UNESCO’s cultural conventions governing bodies – in a user-friendly visual format, including graphics, infographics and images, and including filtering capabilities for the use of Member States and other stakeholders. 3.Enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) Azure authentication, in order to effectively address safety concerns by protecting data integrity and user privacy.
