The ILO, in partnership with UN Women, UNICEF and UNODC, is implementing the EU-funded PROTECT project to strengthen safe, orderly and regular labour migration and reduce vulnerabilities to exploitation and abuse, particularly for women and children, across Southeast Asia. The ILO also implements the TRIANGLE Partnerships programme, funded by the Governments of Australia and Switzerland, which supports improved livelihoods, rights protection, skills development and effective regional migration governance for migrant workers in ASEAN. To ensure high-quality, consistent and timely communication of results, lessons learned and impact under both initiatives, the ILO seeks to engage a communications Consultant.
