Through this training, healthcare workers will understand the concept of patient centered care and learn effective interaction skills with patients, families and caregivers that foster empathy, respect, and active listening, which are essential for building trust and ensure safe healthcare. Through these skills, healthcare workers can create a supportive environment where patients feel valued, leading to stronger relationships and better health outcomes.
