Purpose The World Health Organization (WHO) Philippines is looking for an institutional contractual partner who will be tasked to support the WHO Philippines Country Office and the Department of Health - Disease Prevention and Control Bureau’s (DPCB) National AIDS and STI Prevention and Control Program (NASPCP) in conducting the 2025 Joint Program Review for HIV, Hepatitis, STI, and TB in the Philippines. The work will be carried out under an Agreement for Performance of Work (APW) contract. Background The situation of these diseases has necessitated a comprehensive review of the programs with a review to generate evidence and recommendations to arrest the rising trends and accelerate towards zero deaths of HIV, Hepatitis, STI, and Tuberculosis by 2030. The report is a prerequisite for GF GC8 grant application. At present, the DOH in the Philippines has outlined an 8-point agenda to improve the health of its citizens. Agenda number 4 specifically prioritizes the control and prevention of communicable diseases, including HIV, Hepatitis, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), and Tuberculosis (TB).
