The ICAO Printing Unit requires regular maintenance and repairs for various printing finishing equipment, replacement of parts as needed by regular use, sharpening of blades and provision of hot-melt glue for the binding equipment. The agreement shall be established for an initial period of one (1) year, with the possibility of annual extensions of up to five (5) years in total.
