WHO Ukraine is seeking for a provider of Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) services, to strengthen accountability and improve the quality of its health response within the country. The TPM provider is expected to conduct post-delivery monitoring of supplies, ensuring that the items are correctly delivered in compliance with donor and WHO requirements, and assessing the satisfaction of the end-users, and to conduct on-site and post-monitoring visits related to capacity-building training of healthcare workers. The required services are meant to be carried out in frontline oblasts as well, where aid is being delivered to, for which reason physical presence in Ukraine is required.
