Country: EswatiniDescription of the Assignment:UNDP seeks to undertake a comprehensive independent audit of the functionalities of the EYEP Portal. The objective is to conduct a full, independent functional and technical audit of the EYEP Portal, verifying:That all modules and processes are working as requiredThat the system is fully stable, secure, and reliableThat data integrity, performance, and usability meet expected standardsThat system documentation is complete and appropriateThat any issues, vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies are identified and clearly reportedThat recommendations are provided to strengthen ongoing maintenance and system sustainabilityThe Consultant/Contractor is expected to examine all functional, technical, security, and operational components of the EYEP Portal based on the originally defined EYEP system requirements.The ideal candidate to meet / exceed the below requirements;Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fieldMinimum 7 years experience in System auditing, Software testing, IT assessments, Web application design & troubleshooting and 3 years of conducting similar assessments of ICT SystemsTechnical SkillsExpertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHPExperience with frameworks used (PrimeFaces, JPA, Hibernate)Prior experience with API, REST, SOAPKnowledge of database audit practicesSecurity audit experience (advantage)Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent English writing and documentation skillsAbility to present complex findings clearlyPeriod of assignment/services: 20 Working Days Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
