The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) implements Project “Enhancing Ukraine’s Chemical Emergency Response Capacity” to support integrated approach to chemical safety and security, and enhance Ukraine’s capacity to respond to emergencies involving hazardous chemicals. In order to increase capacity of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) to assess hazards, the Project foresees procurement of mobile chemical identification laboratory to complement existing CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) emergency response potential of the SESU territorial divisions in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine. The Mobile Chemical Identification Laboratory shall consist of: Stand-ready vehicle for the mobile laboratory including auxiliary equipment (LOT I); Equipment for radiation reconnaissance and auxiliary technical equipment (LOT II); Equipment for chemical detection (LOT III); Personal protective and illumination equipment (LOT IV); Decontamination equipment (LOT V). Bids submitted as separate complete LOTs are accepted. Bidder can bid for one or more LOTs. Bids are not accepted for partial compliance to any LOT.
