The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for National Roll Out of Health Service Management Training which address the following objectives: Under Health Service Management (HSM), as agreed with MoH, until the end of the year, WHO CO will support the delivery of the training needed to achieve milestones 361, 362, and 363 for the National Recovery Resilience Plan (NRRP). Ministry of Health is responsible for achieving these milestones by December 2025, including 3,000 professionals trained in Ethics and Integrity, 1,000 professionals in Human Resources Departments and 1,000 trained in Hospital Management. The curriculum of the training is already developed and translated into Romanian, and it includes the teacher's manual, the slides for teaching, practical exercises and study cases. Part of the curriculum requires adaptation for hybrid teaching. We are seeking vendors to deliver training to 3,000 health care workers in ethics and integrity, focusing on procurement, prevention of corruption and addressing conflict of interest in the health care system, and 1,000 other health workers in RUNOS/ HR departments in MoH institutions and hospitals will undergo Human Resources (HR) training under this project. WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.
