Scope of Work The scope of work for the listed medical equipment includes: Procurement: Acquisition of medical equipment.Delivery: Transporting equipment to the site.Installation: Setting up equipment in the designated area.Calibration: Ensuring accurate performance.On-Site Testing: Verifying proper functionality.Specific Equipment Tasks Vital Sign Monitor: Accuracy testing Portable Patient Monitor: Staff training ECG Machine: User manual provision D/C Shock Machine (Defibrillator): Full calibration Mobile Suction Machine: Readiness checks for emergency use Electric Nebulizer: Operational checks for effective drug delivery Syringe Pump: Operational checks for effective drug delivery Mobile Color Doppler Ultrasound: Installation, including image calibration and training on scanning techniques Support: Comprehensive user training and technical support for all items to ensure safe and effective use.Contract Duration: expected Duration 6-8 weeks.Partial bidding is permitted, Bidders have the right to quote for one item and more. Evaluation will be on item basis.
