DEVELOPMENT OF A NATIONAL TRAINING MANUAL ON GENDER- AND ADOLESCENT-RESPONSIVE HEALTH SERVICES FOR HEALTH WORKERS. Objectives, Purpose & Expected Results   The purpose of this assignment is to develop a National Health Sector Gender Training Manual and a corresponding Participant’s Guide to strengthen the capacity of health workers in delivering gender- and adolescent-responsive health and nutrition services in Ghana and facilitate referrals to other required services, in alignment with the referral pathways of the Inter-sectoral Standard Operating Procedures for Child Protection and Family Welfare. The manual will serve as a key implementation tool for the revised Health Sector Gender Policy (2024) and its guidelines, supporting the integration of gender equality and adolescent responsiveness across health service delivery. By equipping frontline providers and policymakers with practical guidance and tools, this initiative aims to enhance the quality, accessibility, and equity of reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health and nutrition (RMNCAH&N) services and contribute to improved health outcomes for women, men, adolescents, and vulnerable populations and facilitate referrals to other relevant service providers as required.
