The objective of the assignment is to prepare an implementation strategy for a regional eGP platform including a potential governance framework and possible e-GP system implementation approach, deployed on a customized SaaS or COTS based eGP solution, and may incorporate a multi-tenant model. The implementation strategy shall consider the needs of Pacific countries and long term sustainability of the regional e-GP platform operations and include the financial analysis as well as the initial system requirements agreed with the Pacific countries and development partners (currently ADB and World Bank). Close engagement and consultation with the government stakeholders, development partners, and other stakeholders are expected in delivering the outputs of this assignment.
