TRIANGLE Partnerships for fair and effective labour migration in ASEAN (TRIANGLE Partnerships, 2026-2031) is a five-year regional labour migration programme funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). TRIANGLE Partnership is contracting a consultant to develop the TRIANGLE Partnerships policy baseline study. This will include updating methodology and indicators for TRIANGLE Partnerships policy baseline study; analysing relevant laws and policies in Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand and Timor Leste as well as ASEAN regional instruments; and drafting the TRIANGLE Partnerships policy baseline report.
