RFP Reference: UNDP-MYS-00255- Contracted partner for carrying out fiscal and economic instrument analysisDate: 02-December-2025  We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Contracted Partner for carrying out analysis of existing fiscal and economic instruments and on incentivizing the management of private and community conserved areas, preparing recommendations for fiscal and economic instruments, developing strategies for mobilizing CSR allocations, and convening stakeholder workshop  Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.  Proposals may be submitted on or before the deadline indicated in the system directly in the portal.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.Scope of Services Review Malaysia’s existing fiscal and economic instruments related to biodiversity conservation, conduct consultations with relevant key stakeholders, and develop actionable recommendations and strategies.
