The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking proposals from reputable five-star hotels located within Colombo city limits to host the Regional Living Wage Event, scheduled from 22 to 27 September 2025. The event will welcome around 200 participants on the first day and 70 on the following days, including government officials, employers, workers’ organizations, and technical experts from across the region. The selected hotel must offer a spacious plenary room, at least two breakout rooms, 70 well-equipped guest rooms, and professional catering services with diverse meal options. Reliable high-speed internet, quality audio-visual equipment, and 24/7 security are essential. Preference will be given to hotels with sustainability policies, prior experience hosting large events, and value-added services like printing facilities or medical support.
