UNICEF Guinea Bissau intends to recruit a reputable institution to conduct a formative evaluation to examine the results of the community health programme on health outcomes for children and mothers and to assess the cost-effectiveness of these interventions to generate (1) new insights on the National Community Health Strategic Plan and policy and its implementation over 15 years and (2) to help the Ministry of Public Health and country stakeholders gain an in-depth understanding of the progress, success factors and challenges. In this context, UNICEF invites Institutions interested in participating in the Invitation to Bid for services, LIBS-2025-9198331. Participation in this tender is open on equal terms to all institutions specialized in the above-mentioned field and are holders of a regular license and in accordance with the rules of the public administration.
