REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Procurement of Agriculture Input Equipment in Koshi Province for the "A Systemic Approach to Refugee and Host Communities Livelihoods in Nepal, ILO-UNHCR AIMS II Project" The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites Request for Quotation (RFQ) from qualified vendors to supply agriculture inputs equipment mentioned under the Term of Reference for this RfQ. Interested vendors are invited to submit a bid for supply of above mentions items as per the Request for Quotation template. Project Title: ILO-UNHCR A Systemic Approach to Refugee and Host Communities Livelihoods in Nepal Project Purpose: The purpose of this bid is to procure agricultural input/equipment that meet the quality standards and requirements of vegetable farming in Koshi Province. The specific purpose of the bid can be summarized as: To provide high quality and durable modern agriculture equipment to support vegetable farming/production to refugee settlements in Koshi Province (Damak and Pathari Sanischare). To distribute the procured agriculture equipment equitably to refugee settlements in Koshi Province (Damak and Pathari Sanischare). Work Duration: November - December 2024 Deadline for Submission of Proposal: Sunday, 24 November 2024 (17:30 hrs) Vendors must fill out the RFQ template while ensuring strict compliance with instructions set out in the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO contracts (see Annex I and III, in Request for Quotation). The RFQ template should be accompanied by filled out Certification Form signed by authorized legal representative of the company and affixed with company seal (see Annex II, in Request for Quotation). Please also include one copy of company registration certificate, VAT registration, updated tax clearances and authorized dealership certificate (if any). Bid should be titled “Bid for Procurement of Agriculture Inputs Equipment in Koshi Province” and addressed to The Director, ILO Country Office for Nepal, Nayabato, Lalitpur, and submitted on or before 17:30 hrs [Time zone: Nepal GMT+5:45], Sunday, 24 November 2024 to
[email protected]. This request for quotation requires that bid be submitted via E-mail only, any offer received after the deadline specified above will not be considered. Interested institutions are requested to comply with all instructions, forms, contract provision and specifications contained in the RFQ template to avoid rejection of the proposal. The ILO may reject a proposal that does not provide all information requested which is necessary for assessment of the proposal by the ILO.
