The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok, Thailand is seeking a qualified company who is able to provide preventive maintenance services, emergency repair and supply of spare parts with replacement services for Pumps Systems in order to maintain the system in good working condition according to manufacturer's standard and applicable international standards of the fire pumps systems including diesel engine fire pumps, electric motor fire pumps, electric motor jockey pumps and associated piping and equipment within fire pumps systems. Below is the Statement of Work which is provided in brief: 1.1) Preventive maintenance service: To perform all the preventive maintenance service and other repairing service in compliance with the manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations on all equipments as listed in the below equipment list. This report will be submitted in both paper copies and electronic format. 1.4.2) To provide a yearly repair services report of each chiller to show historical emergency services and repairs. Location of the ESCAP premises: The UN Building, Rajadamnern Nok Avenue, Bangkok 10200 Thailand. Contract Duration: The contract shall have an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) extension options of one (1) year each, totalling at five (5) years. An extension of the contract shall be at ESCAP's sole discretion and shall also be subject to budgetary appropriations and contractor's performances Specific Requirements/Information Interested vendors who would like to participate in the solicitation shall be able to submit the following evidence to address the following madatory requirements: 1. The company and its personnel must have a minimum of five (5) years of proven experiences in providing maintenance services to fire pumps systems with three (3) project references providing satisfactory services to an organization in Thailand. 2. The company is a registered company under the law of Thailand with an established office in Thailand and able to operate and provide the services in Thailand. All works shall be in relation and delivered to The United Nations Building, Rajadamnoen Nok Avenue, Bangkok 10200, Thailand.
