In this assignment, the consultant will support project management, research, and knowledge management activities related to inclusive insurance and formalization of informal enterprises for the ILO’s Social Finance Programme. The consultant will also manage the Social Finance Fellowship programme. PROJECT MANAGEMENT 1. Support country-level activities under a Formalization project related to financial education, business entrepreneurship training and innovation management in three countries – Mozambique, Sierra Leone and the Solomon Islands 2. Support existing fellows under the project with mentoring and workplan execution CONDUCT DONOR REPORTING AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT 1. Research and support knowledge management 2. Lead the Research and Innovation initiative of the Impact Insurance Facility 3. Create resilience and well-being framework that can use be used by future projects 4. Support knowledge management and lessons formation for ongoing projects 5. Support fundraising activities and research activities for Facility and individual projects SOCIAL FINANCE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME 1. Support creation of new fellowships by working with donors and the implementing partner of the fellowship programme 2. Conduct orientation of new fellows 3. Support existing fellows with technical and administrative inputs
