The Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) at the International Criminal Court (ICC) identifies and evaluates external resources on an ongoing basis in order to meet its need to translate and transcribe material, as well as to provide interpretation (in-person or remotely) in support of its investigations and prosecutions. For this reason, the OTP is seeking to outsource some of the provision of transcription, translation and revision services to private companies to support its need between several situation languages (notably, Ukrainian, Russian, Dari, Pashto, Filipino, Cebuano, Tagalog, Hebrew, Arabic, etc., into English and/or French, or vice-versa), and potentially in either direction. The OTP will regularly conduct sampled or extensive test to conduct a quality assessment.
