Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The excoll will provide technical & methodological support to the ILO & the PCBS in developing & implementing two labour market assessments: (1) an Integrated Rapid Labour Force Survey & Qualification Assessment in the Gaza Strip, & (2) an Assessment of the Impact of the War on Labour Market Conditions & Working Environments in the West Bank. The work includes the design of survey modules & sampling strategies, guidance on data collection & validation, analytical support on employment, qualifications & skills indicators, & preparation of methodological notes & summary findings. The excoll will ensure the proposed tools are practical, statistically sound, & aligned with the operational context & ILO standards.
