The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit a proposal for the establishment of forest plantation and site fencing in Ton Forestry, Issyk-Kul oblast. If you are interested in submitting the proposal, please make sure to have, at least, a UNGM Basic Registration with FAO (www.ungm.org). Instructions on how to access FAO tender documents through UNGM are attached to the present Notice under the “DOCUMENTS” tab; please follow these instructions when submitting your bid. The proposal should be strictly submitted in two (2) separate parts (envelopes), consisting respectively of Part A) Technical Proposal and Part B) Financial Proposal, which should be uploaded through UNGM. It is highly recommended that the size of the files does not exceed 5MB. The format of the files (Financial Proposal provided by Bidder) must be the ISO Standard Portable Document Format (“PDF”) and not password protected. Financial Proposal on an Excel file may be requested to Bidder to easily check for possible inconsistencies and arithmetic mistakes.
