AMO - Etudes des typologies de contrats de travaux pour la mise en œuvre du Capital Master Plan (CMP)   Dans le cadre de la réalisation des projets et travaux prévus au Capital Master Plan (CMP), la présente consultation a pour objet de fournir une prestation d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage, comprenant notamment :  • L’évaluation des différentes typologies de contrats de travaux applicables ;  • L’analyse de leur adéquation avec les projets inscrits au CMP ;  • La recommandation, pour chaque projet, du choix contractuel le plus pertinent, afin de garantir l’atteinte des résultats attendus, en optimisant le rapport qualité–prix–délais et en maîtrisant les niveaux de risque. https://eproc.coe.int/callfortenders/10791 Date limite de dépôt des offres : 17 octobre 2025 à 16h --     As part of the implementation of the projects and works scheduled under the Capital Master Plan (CMP), this invitation to tender aims to provide project management assistance services, including: • The assessment of the various types of works contracts that may be applied. • The analysis of their suitability for the projects listed in the CMP. • The recommendation, for each project, of the most appropriate contractual approach to ensure achievement of the expected results, while optimising the balance between quality, cost and schedule, and maintaining effective risk mitigation.
