Amendment No.1 With reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 12 March 2026, IMO wishes to issue an amendment to: Extend RFP Deadline: The deadline for submission to the RFP has been extended to 16 April 2026 (12:00 hrs, UK Time), instead of 2 April 2026, (12:00 hrs, UK Time),  Provide the responses to the clarifications raised by bidder(s). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1            The International Maritime Organization (IMO) seeks proposals for “GIA FOR MARINE BIOSAFETY REPORT ON A STUDY OF COMPATIBILITY TESTS FOR IN-WATER CLEANING PROVIDERS/COATING COMPANIES” in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated herein. 2            This Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of this document and the following annexes: Annex A:         Instruction to Bidders Annex B:         IMO General Contract Conditions-Services https://wwwcdn.imo.org/localresources/en/About/Procurement/Documents/IMO%20General%20condition%20Services.pdf Annex C:         Terms of Reference Annex C.1:      Technical Response Form Annex D:         Financial Response Form Annex E:         Vendor Registration Form https://www.imo.org/en/About/Procurement/Pages/Vendor-registration.aspx   3            In submitting a proposal, the bidder accepts in full and without restriction the requirements of this RFP including the Terms of Reference and the IMO General Conditions Services as the sole basis of this tender process, and waives his own conditions of sale, whatever they may be. Bidders should not submit a proposal if they are unable to accept the IMO Terms and Conditions, as per Annex B. 4            Proposals must be received by the IMO no later than 2 April 2026, 12:00 hours (UK Time). Proposals received after the designated time will be automatically rejected.  Proposals are to be transmitted online via the IMO procurement portal.  Submission of proposals by other means is not accepted.
