UNICEF Syria seeks to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with Financial Service Providers (FSPs) to deliver cash benefits to eligible beneficiaries across Syria. The LTA will initially be for 1 year, extendable based on mutual agreement and performance. UNICEF Syria aims to engage Financial Service Providers (FSPs) to deliver cash assistance to eligible beneficiaries across Syria under various humanitarian programmes. The scope includes:   Key Programmes Covered Integrated Social Protection Programme for Children with Disabilities (CWD) Quarterly payments of $120 to families. Target: 25,000 families in 2024, 30,000 in 2025. Cash for Basic Needs Support Programme Four rounds of cash assistance annually. Target: 10,340 families per year. Cash for Nutrition (C4N) Monthly cash transfer of $40 per child (6–23 months), paid quarterly.
