Amendment 1: With reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Fifth IMO GHG Study issued on 11 August 2026, and to the requests for clarification received by the deadline of 12:00 noon on Friday, 21 August 2026, IMO hereby issues Amendment No. 1 to the solicitation documents. Bidders should not submit a proposal if they are unable to accept the IMO Terms and Conditions, as per Annex B. 4. Proposals must be received by the IMO no later than 8 September 2026, 12:00 hours (UK Time). Proposals received after the designated time will be automatically rejected. Proposals are to be transmitted online via the IMO procurement portal. Submission of proposals by other means is not accepted.
