Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Team Member will support formulation of the DWCP 2027–2031 through comprehensive analysis of Viet Nam’s socio-economic and labour market trends, including digitalisation, climate change, green transition, demographic shifts and cost-of-living pressures. Working closely with the Team Leader and under the supervision of the ILO Country Director (or designated focal point), the Team Member will review national labour and social policy and legislative reforms (social insurance, employment, trade unions, wage-setting, OSH, labour inspection), and assess institutional contexts, integrating gender equality and inclusion of vulnerable groups. The assignment covers alignment with SEDS, SEDP 2026–2030, relevant Party resolutions, the UN Country Analysis, UNSDCF, SDGs and the ILO Programme and Budget, drawing on existing ILO publications and evaluative evidence from DWCP 2022–2026 and the CPR. Cross-cutting themes include gender-responsiveness, inclusion of ethnic minorities and persons with disabilities, environmental sustainability, just transition, and national labour standards. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
