ADB seeks to engage a pool of qualified and experience Procurement Consultants under a Framework Agreement for 2026-2028 to support the enhancement or development of procurement systems, strategies, and capacities of government agencies. The consultants will contribute to various procurement-related initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and value for money in procurement ADB member countries.
