Interested companies who wish to participate in the OIC must access and register in the following procurement e-tender platform to download the ITB solicitation documents: https://fornecedor.brasilia.unesco.org/processes/4621 Interested bidders shall download the ITB Documents and shall dedicate special attention to the following calendar with dates clearly established in the solicitation documents: Pre-bid conference via Microsoft Teams as informed in the solicitation documents. Sign and send the Declaration of Confidentiality of Engineering and Architectural Projects through the UNESCO Procurement Platform to have access to the architectural drawings as per deadlines informed in the solicitation documents. Mandatory on-site technical visit – Request should be made through the Procurement Platform as per instructions in the solicitation documents. UNESCO reserves the right to amend the documents at any time during the solicitation process. Any amendments or clarifications will be communicated directly to all Bidders who have requested registered in the procurement platform and downloaded the complete set of solicitation documents and officially confirmed their intention to submit a sealed tender. No remuneration will be made to companies for preparation and submission of their tenders.
