Bidders may submit their clarification questions through the Message functionality of the ILO eSourcing platform until COB Tuesday 7 April 2026. ILO’s answers to the (“Q&A”) will be published on ILO e-Sourcing Platform by Wednesday, 8 April 2026. A message notifying the publication of the Q&A will be automatically sent to all bidders that have expressed interest in participating in this RFP. Please be cautious when uploading documents to the ILO eSourcing Platform and ensure that only the technical proposal documents are uploaded into the Technical Envelope and only the financial proposal is uploaded into the Financial Envelope.
