UNICEF IS LOOKING FOR WELL-ESTABLISHED FUEL TRADING AND DISTRIBUTION COMPANY WITH OPERATIONAL PRESENCE IN THE 36 +FCT STATES IN NIGERIA TO MEET ITS FUEL SUPPLY NEEDS 1. Background UNICEF Office Nigeria has a fleet of vehicles which will require regular supply of fuel (Petrol and /or Diesel) on regular basis to support programme delivery in the all field offices in Nigeria. Long-Term Agreement with the service provider who will provide this service to the fleet of vehicles and Generators. Objective UNICEF plans to sign a contract for supply & delivery of fuel (diesel / petrol) for its vehicles and generators at UNICEF Offices in Nigeria. Eligible and interested Fuel Supply Companies, Pump Stations or Petroleum Companies with proven experience and technical capabilities are invited to submit documents as requested in this solicitation. Mandatory requirement: 1. Supplier must show evidence of active company registration with the Registrar of Businesses in Nigeria and legal registration document of company including CAC. 2. Registration for VAT with the Federal Inland Revenue Service FIRS). 3. Signed Tax Clearance Certificate issued by FIRS for the last three (3) years. 4. Supplier must have a United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) registration number (link for UNGM registration: https://www.ungm.org/Account/Registration) 5. Financial offers (Quote) must be submitted in in Nigerian Naira OR US dollars for the purposes of the LTA establishment 6. Bid Form (page 3-5) must be completed and submitted with the offer. 7.
