The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Central Asia (UNODC ROCA) hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest for the supply, delivery, installation and commission of the Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) including accessories and further training of laboratory personnel of end-user on a DAP Tashkent delivery terms. The detailed ToR/technical specifications will be provided to the companies who will be qualified for the RFQ to be followed right after this request for EOI. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA • Vendor should have at least 3-years’ experience in the manufacturing and/or supplying of gas chromatograph mass spectrometry (GC-MS) • Vendor should provide at least 12-months’ warranty and technical support (after-sales services). In-country support is preferred. • Vendor should be an official distributor or authorized reseller of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the gas chromatography equipment to ensure quality, technical compliance, and proper after-sales service Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation. Vendors interested on supplying of the above goods must express their interest electronically through ungm.org (as per link on page 4). UNODC ROCA will examine this EOI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an expression of interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor's participation in the competitive bidding exercise. UNODC ROCA reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
