WHO is seeking a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the  Renovation Works for Arabata Health Centre and Reitan te Tangira (RTT) Clinic, Teraina Island, Kiribati. Objectives: Within 10 working days of contract award, the selected bidder(s) will prepare and submit a detailed work plan—including activity schedule, implementation approach, and budget—to guide the execution of all project outputs and deliverables. Within 12 weeks of the agreed contract, the selected bidder(s) will complete all refurbishment works for the Poland Clinic and Tabwakea 1 Clinic in accordance with Section 10 specifications, obtain inspection and approval from MISE and the project engineer, commission both clinics, and secure the final engineer’s certification confirming compliance with all safety and structural standards.
