IntroductionThe Ministry of Health (MoH) of Angola, in partnership with the Global Fund (GF), aims to strengthen diagnostic services for HIV, TB, and Malaria through the implementation of an Integrated Specimen Referral System (SRS) pilot in Benguela, Cuanza Sul, and Bié provinces. The SRS will improve the timely, safe, and efficient transport of diagnostic samples and results while laying the groundwork for sustainable operations and scalability to other provinces.The pilot will serve as a foundational step in developing a robust and replicable model, providing the MoH with the evidence and frameworks needed for a national rollout.
