UNICEF Türkiye Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Invitation to Bid. Please see attached the tender document, technical specification templates (Annex-B and Annex-C), price proposal templates(Annex-D and Annex-E), transportation price proposal template (Annex-F), and mandatory checklist (Annex-G) for detailed specifications, requirements and other important details. Proposals must be received by latest 17:00hrs(P.M.)(Ankara Time) on 17 December 2024, Tuesday. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. FOR SENDING PROPOSALS: Bidders are requested to send electronic copy of their proposals by email both in Excel and PDF format, as signed and stamped with date, to ([email protected]) with the following tender reference in their email subjects: CONFIDENTIAL: ITB-TURA-2024-08 / LITB-2024-9194414 Important Notes: *Please note that this tender is only open for the local suppliers/companies which are legally registered with the Government of Türkiye. *All prices must be quoted in USD excluding VAT (Value Added Tax), and must be valid at least for 120 days from the closing date of the bid. *The price quotations should have at most 2 digits after decimal point. *Price proposals, technical proposals, and transportation proposals, and mandatory checklist will be submitted both in Excel format and PDF format, as signed and stamped with date. All pages of the proposals (price proposals, technical proposals, transportation proposals, mandatory checklist) should be signed by the authorized representative of the supplier. *Bid form in the ITB document (pages 3,4,5) shall be filled in, duly signed and stamped with date, and sent with the proposals. *Please see the technical specifications of the Children and Baby Winter Clothes in the attached "Annex-B Technical Proposal for Children Winter Clothes” and “Annex-C Technical Proposal for Baby Winter Clothes". *For price proposals please use the attached templates “Annex-D Price Proposal for Children Winter Clothes” and “Annex-E Price Proposal for Baby Winter Clothes”. Please submit your price proposals both in Excel and as signed and stamped PDF with date. Bidders may submit proposals for the Children Winter Clothes (Annex-D), Baby Winter Clothes (Annex-E), or both (Annex-D and Annex-E). Bidders who submit a proposal only for Annex-D will be considered for Annex-D, and those who submit a proposal only for Annex-E will be considered for Annex-E. *All bidders are requested to fill in the mandatory checklist (Annex-G).All bidders are requested to provide full documentation requested in the mandatory checklist Annex-G with their proposals. The mandatory checklist itself shall be submitted both in Excel format and PDF format, as signed and stamped with date and shall be shared with the proposals. The submission of the documents in Annex-G is essential to assess the validity of the proposals. The suppliers may be disqualified in case of any missing document addressed in Annex-G. For acknowledgement receipt of this email and its attachments with the tender document, bidders are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible by EMAIL to Ms. Zeynep Ozan at [email protected] (EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOT FOR SENDING PROPOSALS).
