The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide preventative maintenance, emergency and additional repair services for Fire Suppression System at the UNESCAP Premises, Bangkok, Thailand. The contract shall have an initial period of three (3) years, with two optional extensions of one (1) year each, totalling at five (5) year, in accordance with the following Statement of Work which is provided in brief: 1. To perform all the preventive maintenance service on all main equipment of Fire Suppression System. The main and associated equipment to be maintained includes fire suppression control panels, detectors, modules, actuators, switches, and etc, in compliance with the manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations. The installed fire suppression system control are include "Simplex" and "Fike". The fire suppression agent include IG-541 and CEA-410. 2. Emergency service, general repair service, and component replacement: To provide emergency repair service to rectify urgent problems of the listed equipment at UNESCAP premises, if and when required. 3. Parts availability: To provide all details of components’ replacement during the contract. 4. Reports: a) Field Service Report: to be submitted for each visit. b) An official Preventive Maintenance Report: to maintain record of all maintenance service and repairs relating to the above equipment and provide report within 15 days after completed the inspection. This report will be submitted in both paper copies and electronic format. Photographs should be taken and accompanied the report to highlight activities and issues.
