SCOPE OF TENDERContext of the RequirementTo accelerate DRR and CCA initiatives at state level, UNDP in collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra plans to develop city specific Multi-hazard Disaster Management Plan comprising of sub plans for divisional / zonal offices for Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (CSN), Nagpur cities of Maharashtra.Brief Description of the Required Services·    As part of the ongoing joint DRM program partnership between the Government of Maharashtra and UNDP, city specific Disaster Management Plan (CDMP) comprising of sub plans for divisional / zonal offices for Nashik, CSN (earlier known as Aurangabad), Nagpur municipal corporations are envisaged.·    The development of plans will include review of all municipal policy documents related to disaster management, stakeholder consultations and interviews with city officials, and field-based survey of specific sites / locations within cities. ·     Two physical workshops for city administration, one at the beginning of the project and the other after the data collection process. Designing and developing a dynamic web-based portal for online preparation and revision of the plans. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
