The objective of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is to identify a qualified and experienced service provider to deliver technical and advisory support to the Government of Guinea (West Africa). The selected provider will support the development of a comprehensive Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Information Mediation (IM) Building Block, which will serve as the country’s national interoperability platform. The assignment includes assessing existing capacities, defining technical and functional requirements, and guiding the Government in formulating an RFP that enables the successful implementation of the Information Mediator to advance digital interoperability across sectors.
