The service provider will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive cultural and educational initiative in Balta, Odesa region, within the EU-funded UNESCO project “Preserving Ukraine’s Jewish Documentary Heritage.” The provider shall organise a two half-day festival for 250 participants featuring the activities listed below, format may be adjusted according to local conditions and logistical feasibility. These include: a multimedia seminar for at least 15-20 teachers, a city history quest for schoolchildren, ap.20-30, a film screening as part of the multimedia festival, and a Gastronomic Fair illustrating major Jewish holidays throughout the year. In addition, the provider will prepare and produce printed, digital, and multimedia educational materials, manage logistics, procurement, and coordination with local stakeholders, and ensure proper reporting and visibility in line with EU-UNESCO standards. Provider must demonstrate experience in cultural and educational project management, preferably related to Jewish heritage or intercultural dialogue; capacity in multimedia or digital heritage initiatives; sound institutional and financial management; and familiarity with EU-UNESCO visibility standards. Experience working with communities in southern Ukraine or diverse cultural settings is an asset. All activities under this call integrate digital, visual, and participatory components, in line with the project’s focus on multimedia heritage education. The duration and scale of the festival (one full day or two half days) may be adapted based on local logistical conditions, while maintaining the scope and content of a two-day multimedia cultural event as described in the ToR.
