Register through UNHCR Platform and refer to RFP 2449 The purpose of the present RFP is to establish a Long-term Agreement (LTA) with qualified telemarketing agencies to support PSP Canada in the recruitment and retention of donors. PSP Canada will appoint a main and a back-up service provider to ensure business continuity.  The contract phase is planned from June 2026 to May 2031 (five-years) subject to satisfactory performance. The successful bidder will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the contract.
