The International Labour Organization (ILO) Country Office in Viet Nam is seeking qualified institutes/organizations/agencies to conduct an in-harvest survey of working conditions on coffee farms in Central Highland, Viet Nam  This consultancy work is part of ILO-Nestlé partnership programme on Improving OSH and social conditions for women and men in coffee farmer communities in Vietnam – a Vision Zero Fund project. It supports national priorities to foster a preventative OSH culture and enhance compliance in agriculture, as set out in Viet Nam’s Decent Work Country Programme (2022–2026). Application Requirements Interested institutions, organizations, and/or agencies are invited to apply for the assignment by submitting the following documents no later than COB 27 October 2025: 1) A short technical proposal (maximum 5 pages) 2) A financial proposal 3) Up-to-date CVs and/or professional/organizational profiles 4) A one-page cover letter explaining their expression of interest and suitability for the assignment.
