Dear bidders,   United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the above-mentioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms of reference attached.   The objective of this contract is to engage an institution/firm to conduct a rapid youth survey and develop a rapid analysis report on gaps in green skills, entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities to inform Generation Unlimited (GenU)’s programmatic approach in China.    The deadline for submitting your proposals is 10:20am, 19 May 2025. Your proposals are preferably submitted by e-mail to [email protected] (no other recipients should be “cc” or “bcc” in your e-mail submission) with LRPS number in the subject line. Two e-mail submissions are mandatory, one for technical proposal with subject line written as LRPS-2025- 9197017 Technical Proposal, the other one for commercial, as LRPS-2025- 9197017 Commercial Proposal.   !! It is mandatory to send the signed “request for proposal for services form and declaration form” on page 3-5 of the tender document along with the Technical proposal email. !!       All bidders interested in doing business with UNICEF must respond to all the points requested in the Bid/declaration form. By signing it, the vendor agrees that their company and its management have not been the subject of a final judgment or of a final administrative decision for any of the exclusion criteria outlined in the form.    Offers which fail against mandatory criteria are non-compliant and may lead to invalid bid submission.   To clarify any technical/commercial questions you may have, we will organize an online Pre-bid Meeting at 02.30pm (Beijing time), 30 April 2025 via Microsoft teams meeting.
