The provision of quality meals and refreshments is essential to ensure the satisfaction and well-being of participants. This bid  aims to establish a framework for the provision of catering services that meet UNICEF Sudan's quality standards and requirements   The purpose of this RFP is to define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and responsibilities related to the provision of high-quality catering services to support UNICEF Sudan's events, meetings, and other occasions.   The primary objective of this initiative is to ensure the provision of high-quality catering services that meet the needs and expectations of UNICEF Sudan. The specific objectives include: a. Providing nutritious and diverse meal options for UNICEF Sudan's events and meetings. b. Catering to different dietary requirements and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-free options. c. Ensuring the availability of hygienic and safe food preparation and handling practices. d. Offering professional and efficient service delivery, including timely setup, serving, and cleanup. e.
