The APW  seeks to promote road safety and strengthen drink driving policy and its enforcement in Metro Manila.. The initiative is in line with advancing and enforcing drink-driving counter-measures under the WHO SAFER Initiative on reducing alcohol-related harms. This is part of WHO technical assistance for road safety and alcohol control, in collaboration with Land Transportation Office (LTO), and other relevant partners, including the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), Department of Health, and other relevant partners.   Please use Tender Notice No. 255462 as subject to all submission.
