Country: Serbia Description of the Assignment: To support the Public Procurement Office (PPO) in strengthening its institutional organization and monitoring capacities by reviewing the existing Rulebook on Internal Organization and Job Classification and providing recommendations for its revision (the Rulebook). To enhance the capacities of the PPO and to further strengthen the public procurement system in the Republic of Serbia by contributing to Activity 4.2.10: Reviewing the existing Rulebook on internal organization and job classification and providing recommendations for amendments.Period of assignment/services: June 2025 - August 2025Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
