The consultant will conduct a mid-term evaluation of the ILO’s “Equality at Work: Advancing a Healthy, Safe, and Diverse Labour Force in Jordan (2024–2027)” project. The evaluation will cover activities from the project’s inception to September 2025, assess achievements against expected outcomes, and provide evidence-based findings using OECD/DAC criteria. Key tasks include a desk review, stakeholder interviews, focus group discussions with beneficiaries (particularly women), case study development, and debriefings. The evaluator will apply a mixed-methods approach, ensuring triangulation of data and integration of gender equality, inclusion, and just transition throughout the process. Deliverables include an inception report, a draft final report, a final evaluation report incorporating feedback from ILO and stakeholders and three case studies. The evaluation aims to enhance learning and inform adjustments for improved implementation in the remaining project period.
