The International Labour Organization (ILO) in Viet Nam is seeking a qualified supplier to design, produce, and deliver promotional gift sets for the SafeDay 2026 awareness-raising campaign under the Vision Zero Fund (VZF) project. SafeDay 2026 focuses on psychosocial risks at work, highlighting the importance of mental well-being alongside physical safety. As part of the campaign, the ILO will implement a series of activities to raise awareness and engage youth and stakeholders, including the distribution of branded promotional items. The assignment involves the production of approximately 200 gift sets, each comprising a gift packaging box, a faux leather phone and card holder with embossed branding, a parachute cord strap, and a small notepad (approx. 10 x 10 cm) featuring messages related to psychosocial well-being and safe and healthy work. The supplier will be responsible for proposing design options, applying ILO/VZF branding, and ensuring that all items are coherently designed as a unified set. A sample or mock-up must be submitted for approval prior to mass production. Final production and delivery are expected by early May 2026. Interested suppliers should demonstrate relevant experience in producing branded merchandise and the ability to deliver quality products within a short timeline.
